| Job Description | Overview:EPS is a global Systems Integration and Information Technologies company with its corporate office located in New Jersey, USA. EPS recently established its Chinese Branch in Ningbo, ZheJiang. EPS China that offers development, engineering, design, and implementation of high-technology solutions primarily in Ningbo. Some of the focus fields of EPS China’s business scope are telecommunication systems, network systems, security systems, building automation systems, inside plant cabling, and outside plant cabling.EPS is currently seeking qualified candidates for the following position. Position Title: Project Manager/Business Developer Responsibilities: The Project Manager(PM)/Business Developer (BD) will be responsible for sourcing, developing, and maintaining business relationships and the same time; planning, executing, and completing any on-going projects. This position will require extensive multitasking. The person will develop and implement business strategies with EPS executives such as search business opportunities, nurture and create sales opportunities. The person will be responsible to create marketing materials such as printed media, presentations, and prototypes of EPS’ products in order to increase EPS presence and promote EPS’ products and services in China. The PM/BD will locate necessary resources in China for the on-going projects. The resources may include but not limited to materials, suppliers, workforce, equipment, and relevant business services. The person will act as the liaison between the China branch office and the U.S. Corporate office that he/she will translate business and technical documentations between English and Chinese. In addition, the PM/BD will facilitate business meetings and act as simultaneous translator for the ESP Corporate staffs or represent EPS in meetings in China. The position reports to the General Manager of EPS China |
| Qualifications | Minimum of a 4 years bachelor’s degree from a reputable academic institution preferably majored in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication, Information Systems, Automation or Mechanical Engineering degree
Must be fluent in Chinese and English languages. Strong communication skill in listening, reading, and writing are required Must have experience in composing business documents such as agreements, business proposals, technical writings, and basic financial sheets. Technical background in engineering (i.e. electrical, telecommunication, networking, automation, and mechanical) is required. Must be technical savvy with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, and Outlook) and Internet Search Engines. Intermediate level knowledge of AutoCAD is required. Proven track record in business development in the past Oversea work experience is preferred Must have excellent interpersonal skill and proactive attitude. |
